Job summary

Reporting to IT Operations, you will provide escalated support, image devices, troubleshoot connectivity, and support mobile devices. The role requires a Bachelor’s or IT diploma and 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related diploma.
• Two years of related experience.
• Experience managing and administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated second-level technical support for Tier 1 IT staff.
• Install and troubleshoot software and hardware in Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Provision desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity for local and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and support mobile devices.
• Manage lifecycle of computers and devices using existing software.
• Train staff on technical solutions as needed.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergencies.
