SystemsNet, a managed services provider, is hiring entry-level Level 1 IT Support Technicians to join our on-site team in Willow Grove. You will support daily IT operations across help desk and field service.

We seek candidates with IT interest, strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Familiarity with Windows networks and PC hardware is a plus; training is provided.

This is a non-remote role requiring daily commuting to Willow Grove.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT experience and a passion for technology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong desire to learn new skills, systems and technologies.
• Robust problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
