Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma from a Technical School plus one year of directly related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Help Desk software and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, handheld devices and phones.
• Update IT inventory and track assets.
• Respond to hardware and software issues for Office 365, printers, and mobile devices.
• Create and configure user accounts on Office 365, network, email, and security.
• Create desktop images and set up new computers.
• Install software and maintain OS, antivirus, and malware protection.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Move equipment and rearrange work areas as needed.
• Create and maintain process documents.
• Assist with basic networking and domain connectivity.
