Job summary

Chaos Industries in London is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for local IT needs. You will maintain hardware/software provisioning and resolve issues for executives and staff, while collaborating with the IT team on upgrades and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose across Windows, macOS, and Linux, manage MDM via Intune and Jamf, and ensure secure provisioning and access to Microsoft 365 GCCH. Onsite Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on IT support, endpoint administration, or corporate IT operations.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device management and security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to executives and staff via ticketing, email, phone, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple OS environments.
• Support video conferencing systems, presentation tech, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device setup.
• Administer MDM and ensure compliance with security policies and patches.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 access for GCCH environments.
• Contribute to IT initiatives, upgrades, and documentation to improve efficiency.
