Job summary

Worldwide TechServices in the United States is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to repair and troubleshoot desktops and laptops at client sites across the geographic area. This role requires driving to client locations and meeting tight service-level agreements.

You will provide on-site service, document activities, and maintain equipment inventory while adhering to safety policies. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate technical issues with clients and document service activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution and proper parts handling.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines in daily work.
• Possess reliable transportation and drive to client locations.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
