Job summary

Gee Automotive Companies is seeking an IT ServiceDesk Technician to be the primary on-site IT support presence at our Stockton, CA location. You will address Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues, configure computers, and coordinate with the systems admin team to resolve problems.

As a self-motivated IT professional, you will work closely with our IT team, maintain IT ticketing records, and support hardware, software, and network tasks while traveling within the Stockton area as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT ServiceDesk or technical support experience (or equivalent).
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows, M365 and common business apps.
• Experience with basic networking, printer setup, and hardware support.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in Stockton.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 requests, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and account access.
• Manage computer replacements, setups, and configurations for users.
• Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system with timely follow-ups.
• Escalate recurring or critical issues to the systems admin team.
• Collaborate with remote IT teammates to maintain consistency in operations and security.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, printer issues, and general IT maintenance.
