Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft desktop OS and Office 2013/2016 Pro tools.
• Mobile device support for iOS and Android.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to 2000+ users.
• Manage ITIL-based service requests end-to-end.
• Imaging and deploying PCs; inventory and change management.
• Produce timely reports to IT management on issues and SLAs.
