Job summary

Premier Networx is seeking an On-Site Support Technician II to provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and support at client locations in Augusta. You will bridge the gap between service desk and project teams while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires independent work in client environments, strong troubleshooting, and relationship-building skills, with frequent travel to client sites and collaboration with Help Desk and Project Teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting workstations, printers/scanners, mobile devices, apps, basic networks and servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for escalated end-user issues that require hands-on troubleshooting or remediation.
• Install, configure, deploy, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
• Perform new user workstation deployments, office moves, and technology refresh projects.
• Support client technology projects including hardware upgrades, software rollouts, network equipment replacements, and office relocations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, printer, mobile device, and application issues in person.
• Document all work thoroughly within ticketing and documentation systems.
• Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers when necessary.
