Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Computer Support Technician to support Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah.

The role provides Tier 1/2 hardware, software and services support for PCs and peripherals, including imaging and desk-side assistance, in a government environment. A Security+ or equivalent certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire, and an active DoD Secret clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 end-user IT support for PCs and peripherals at Hill AFB.
• Install and reimage operating systems, set up desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Respond to help desk tickets and document resolution steps.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff when escalation is needed.
• Assist with asset lifecycle management from deployment to obsolescence.
• Perform station network cabling and setting up meeting rooms.
