Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a Radar Technician / Technical Advisor to support Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. You will provide technical guidance, analyze radar data, and train staff across diverse radar systems and software.

The role requires extensive radar knowledge, DoD Secret clearance, and experience with RADES tools. It offers a full-time on-site position with relocation support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• USAF Tower Climbing Certification required before climbing radar equipment.
• Minimum four years hands-on radar experience with diverse/complex radar technologies; at least one year performing detailed radar evaluations.
• Knowledgeable in radar theory, maintenance, and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on complex radar systems and equipment.
• Support squadron and commander in program development, planning, and evaluation.
• Collect and analyze data from radar systems and processors.
• Conduct training on equipment, components, and procedures; develop curricula.
• Manage personnel on assigned programs; maintain cooperative team relationships.
