Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Radar Technician / Technical Advisor to support our customer at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah.

The role provides technical expertise in radar systems, data analysis, and training to ensure mission readiness. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and testing on radar equipment, assist with system evaluations, and deliver formal and informal training while coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radar theory, maintenance operations, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum of four (4) years hands-on radar experience with diverse technologies.
• At least one (1) year dedicated radar evaluations.
• Experience with RADES software tools (RS4, RCP3, RSDB, DRAMS).
• Ability to develop training curricula and present technical information.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on complex radar systems and equipment.
• Support squadron and commander in program development, planning, and evaluation.
• Collect and analyze data from radar systems and processors.
• Conduct formal and informal training on equipment and procedures.
• Technically manage personnel for assigned programs and projects.
• Maintain safe operation under adverse environmental conditions.
• Perform maintenance and tests on RADAR antennas including climbing.
• Provide specialist support on complex radar systems.
