Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is hiring a Computer Support Technician to support our customer at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah.

This full-time, on-site role requires a DoD Secret clearance and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network printers, with imaging and OS deployment responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows OS, PC hardware, mobile devices, and remote support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and mobile devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line help desk support at Tier 1/2 level.
• Install and image workstations; configure OS and applications.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with asset lifecycle management and equipment moves.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff as needed.
