Chalmers Ford & MHQ AZ is seeking a dependable, hands-on Dealership IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support across dealership operations. You will work directly with dealership employees and under the direction of the IT Manager to resolve technical issues, set up equipment, and coordinate with outside service providers when additional support is needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, printers, phones.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, printer connections, and basic connectivity.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Willing to coordinate with outside vendors and follow issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical assistance to dealership employees.
• Troubleshoot computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, relocate, and replace computer equipment as needed.
• Assist employees with basic software, login, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to support requests and prioritize issues based on business needs.
• Maintain organized inventory records for computers, accessories, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot desk phones and communication equipment; coordinate with service providers.
• Coordinate with Southwest Copy and Helion for repairs and advanced troubleshooting.
• Document IT issues, equipment assignments, and vendor service calls.
