Job summary
Trust Automotive Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Dealership IT Specialist to support our multi-dealership tech environment. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networking systems for sales, service, and admin teams.
You will report to the IT Director and travel between locations as needed. Ideal candidates have IT training or an associate degree, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Hardware, software, and networking support across multiple dealership locations.
- Experience with automotive dealership systems is a plus but not required.
- Industry certifications such as A+/Network+/Security+ are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.
- Configure network connections, VPNs, and security settings per policy.
- Assist with system security, backups, and endpoint management.
