Crain Automotive Team, Arkansas' largest family-owned and operated dealer group, seeks an IT Technician to support multiple dealership locations with hands-on technical expertise and strong customer service. You’ll help install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networks while supporting dealership software like DMS/CRM.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, solid Windows knowledge, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Crain Automotive is seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and proactive IT Technician to support our growing network of automotive dealerships. This position provides both onsite and remote technical support to dealership employees and assists with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, networks, software, phones, printers, and other technology systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with both people and technology. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
