Job summary

Qualifications

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize IT help requests for staff.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 with detailed reports.
• Install and repair computers, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot networks, phones, projectors, and AV equipment.
• Train users on software/hardware on-site and maintain records.
