Job summary

Quadra Group in Longwood, FL is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote IT support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, document issues, and maintain inventory while ensuring SLA adherence.

The role reports to the IT Support Manager and involves collaboration with Digital Support and Infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, at least 4 years of hands-on IT support, and familiarity with AD, Windows, Intune, MDM, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent diploma.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
CompTIA A+ and ITIL certifications are a strong asset.
Excellent English written and spoken communication required.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Document incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately.
Provide on-site support at the Longwood location and remote assistance as needed.
Reinforce SLA expectations and maintain professional user relations.
Assist with hardware setups, moves, replacements, and inventory records.
