You will support hardware, software, networks, and specialized gaming systems, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Daily tasks include maintaining the CMS and related hardware/software, setting up network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and assisting with upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Casino Management System (CMS) and related hardware/software.
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring).
• Monitor network and device performance; recommend improvements.
• Maintain firewalls, virtual machines, and vendor-supported applications.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, AV equipment, and POS systems.
• Work with security to ensure camera and recording systems meet regulations.
• Document network layouts, device configurations, and system passwords.
• Assist with system upgrades, installs, and vendor coordination.
• Provide reliable connectivity for all casino operations.

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and work in environments with noise, secondhand smoke, and occasional weather exposure
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime or at multiple locations as needed
• Availability needs for this role include: Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm-11pm
