Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in successfully supporting end-users with PC hardware, software, peripherals and LAN problems.
• Entry level knowledge of information technology, with emphasis on PCs, Windows-based applications, networks, the Internet, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and wireless devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse user populations.
• Driver license, auto insurance, reliable transportation and ability to drive to CCS sites.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Criminal history background checks required prior to employment.

Aufgaben

• Provide helpdesk, remote assistance or onsite computer support to offices and agencies throughout Western Washington.
• Install and/or repair computers and components; configure systems; create and manage user accounts and email access.
• Maintain schedule of repairs and installations; manage tickets and respond to emergencies at remote sites.
• Troubleshoot basic user devices and cloud services configuration issues and connectivity.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks with Senior Tech Support or Network Engineer.
• Maintain records and logs in ticketing system for requests and resolutions.
• Provide backup computer support at interregional sites as needed.
• Learn and apply HIPAA and cybersecurity guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to diverse audiences via phone, in person and email.
• Assist with cloud services tasks as delegated by System Administrators and Network Engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.
