Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Rock Hill, SC team. This on-site role reports to the IT Manager and focuses on maintaining computer equipment, resolving incidents, and delivering high-quality IT services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security configurations, while assisting with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and project work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to requests via ticketing, email, phone, remote support, and in person.
• Manage Intune and MDM for device enrollment, apps, compliance, security.
