Job summary

Elemental Brands seeks an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of defense for employee tech needs. This on-site role starts at both HQ and operations center, then shifts to the operations center. You will manage hardware, software, and network issues across ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows environments.

You'll configure devices for new hires, manage accounts, and assist senior IT staff across a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes documentation and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with macOS and Windows.
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main IT support contact via ticketing systems, phone, chat, or in person.
• Perform on‑site troubleshooting of IT equipment in warehouse environments.
• Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
• Administer user accounts and security groups in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365/AD.
• Assist with maintaining office and warehouse networks and printers.
