• Administers changes to procedure manuals and documentation.
• Answers the Information Service Center calls in a professional manner.
• Deploys equipment, installs/upgrades software, and resolves issues with departmental systems, peripherals, and software.
• Logs all calls in the Information Service Center database.
• Provides technical assistance and trains users in proper PC and peripheral use.
• Reports urgent problems to the appropriate staff immediately.
• Identifies recurring problems and takes corrective action.
