Pinoleville Pomo Nation is seeking a dependable Information Technology II to provide hands-on on-site technical support for employees across all departments. The role goes beyond a traditional help desk, including troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues, coordinating with our MSP, supporting technology projects, and ensuring staff have the tools they need.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related role.
Strong knowledge of workstation OS and Microsoft 365 user support.
Experience supporting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic account troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking concepts: connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printers, shared resources.

Mansioni

Respond to walk-up, scheduled, and ticketed technical support requests.
Provide Tier 2 support for employee technology issues.
Communicate clearly with employees about problems, solutions, timelines, and next steps.
Submit and track support tickets with MSP; ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on service requests and verify issues are resolved before closure.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding technology needs.
Maintain records of equipment and user devices.
Support project work: device prep, user setup, testing, validation.
Follow change-management, access, and security procedures.
