Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide computer, printer, and scanner support to RHS employees via telephone, virtual, and in-person assistance. You will support desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, conference equipment, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT/IS preferred.
2+ years of Information Technology experience required.
IT certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computers, printers, and scanners.
Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or in person.
Install and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, and networking.
Configure and manage Active Directory and email accounts.
Assist with IT projects and security duties.
