Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (IT/IS) or similar field preferred.
• 2+ years IT experience required.
• Medical/dental business office experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT help desk requests via ticketing, email, and phone to fix hardware, software, printing, scanning, password, and related issues.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on computers and ancillary equipment.
• Assist in configuring, installing, maintaining, and repairing PCs, printers, and scanners.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of the Telephone system.
• Assist in managing Active Directory and e-mail accounts for employees.
• Prioritize emergency calls, document actions, and ensure data safety.
• Maintain IT and facility asset inventory, networks, and security.
