Responsibilities

Respond to IT help desk requests via ticketing, email, and phone to fix hardware, software, printers, scanners, and passwords.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on computers and ancillary equipment.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair PCs, printers, and scanners.
Assist in configuring and maintaining the telephone system and Active Directory/mail accounts.
Maintain IT and facility asset inventory, networks, and security.
Protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network systems.
