The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are seeking a full-time, on-site IT support specialist to provide hardware and software support for stadium and training camp event systems, including point of sale and access control. You will manage inventory, maintain devices, and coordinate technical resources to support game day operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; 5+ years in event support or POS

• Deploy and support POS hardware and software, including Clover; set up access control systems with partners; coordinate with vendors to resolve issues; document SOPs and maintain system docs; monitor stadium systems for security compliance; assist with deployment and inventory management; test turnstiles, scanners, and networking before events
