Job summary

Miami Dolphins is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first-line support at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. You will assist employees with Windows/Mac environments, manage Microsoft 365 apps, and support event technology for major gatherings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and willingness to work on-site with occasional extended hours for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field with 2+ years IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS; strong knowledge of iOS.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site at stadium facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and personalized technical support to all Hard Rock Stadium employees.
• Troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and support Windows and macOS environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and install hardware/software.
• Manage users via Active Directory and resolve password issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support technology for major events (Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, concerts).
• Provide remote and onsite support as needed.
• Build relationships with users and understand their technology needs.
• Prioritize critical and executive support requests.
• Ensure devices are secured before issuance.
• Be available for weekend/evening/holiday/event-day support.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
