Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid to Senior IT Specialist to provide onsite end-user IT support at our Pittsburg, PA location. You will work under the IT Operations Manager in Corporate IT, delivering reliable, secure, and responsive support to Voyager users.

The role covers asset, access, and site operations support with a focus on change-control and risk-aware incident handling. A TS clearance is not required at selection.”

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop support or service desk experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity/access, and enterprise apps.
• Strong customer service, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR/export-control eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 IT support for users at the Pittsburg site, including hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents and requests via service desk, with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, M365, endpoint management, VPN, printing, and network issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain asset records, onboarding/offboarding, and secure device provisioning and decommissioning.
