Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Folsom, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver reliable, secure, and timely IT support for the on-site workforce. The role focuses on end-user computing, device lifecycle, access, collaboration tools, and secure-site workflows within a regulated aerospace environment.

The successful candidate will operate independently, follow Voyager standards, document work clearly, and protect systems requiring Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or related experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, endpoint security, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 IT support for on-site users including hardware, software, and meeting-room tech.
• Respond to incidents via service desk; document work and ensure timely updates.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, M365, VPN, printers, and local connectivity.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, and asset management.
