DYOPATH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite setup, guidance, and advanced support for enterprise systems across departments in Sanford, NC. The role emphasizes hands-on technical support, collaborative problem solving, and ensuring stable IT operations.

The ideal candidate has an IT-focused education with basic SQL experience, and preferred CompTIA A+ certification. This full-time, on-site position offers a 1st shift schedule and a $25 hourly rate with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Application support
• Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred
• Basic experience with SQL

Responsabilités

• Support the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of enterprise application solutions
• Assist with coding, debugging, and testing of application components using established development standards
• Troubleshoot application and system issues using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques
• Contribute to requirements gathering and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as process flows, logic diagrams, and system procedures
• Support application design activities and apply basic architecture and integration standards
• Participate in system, database, and platform integration efforts across multiple applications
• Assist with planning, executing, and documenting system and software testing activities
• Log, track, and elevate issues following standard incident, change, and escalation processes
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to support reliable, stable application services
