Job summary

Wilson Elser in Los Angeles seeks an On-site IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on tech support for attorneys and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, and manage imaging and onboarding of new hires. The role requires collaboration with IT peers in a fast-moving, concierge-style service environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/O365 skills, and AD/Azure proficiency. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical IT support for hardware, software and peripherals.
• Experience in ITSM/ITIL environments and strong customer service.
• Law firm experience is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting for attorneys and staff.
• Imaging, deploying equipment, onboarding new hires and asset tracking.
• Support video conferencing and A/V systems on-site.
• Configure software, manage Outlook/Office apps and remote tools.
• Coordinate with regional teams and ensure change management compliance.
