Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an On‑Site IT Support Analyst for our Houston office. The role provides hands-on technology support to attorneys and staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical IT support and 3+ years in ITSM/ITIL; certifications such as A+/Network+ and ITIL are preferred. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with competitive benefits and salary.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in technical support on IT hardware, software, and desktop peripherals.
Minimum 3 years in ITSM and ITIL environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCDST, HDI Support Center Analyst; ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and execute imaging and deployment for onboarding new hires.
Track equipment from departed users following asset procedures.
Provide on-site support for video conferencing and A/V systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including document management and MS Office.
Collaborate with regional supervisors and IT teams to coordinate requirements.
Build relationships with attorneys and staff, delivering concierge-level service.
