You will handle hardware support (laptops, PCs, printers) in a small environment, work 5x/week onsite, and collaborate with internal groups to maintain smooth IT operations. Bachelor's degree required; sponsorship not available.

Required Technology and Skills

• 3+ years professional experience in IT Support, Helpdesk,desktop support,or similar
• Hands-on experience supportingAV and video-conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware - Laptop, PCs, printers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and experience providing hands-on tech support to executive level employees
• Experience working on small environment, wearing many hats
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Compensation

$75,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience),plus great benefits
