Welltower is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams in Dallas for a hands-on, ten-week program. You’ll work directly with seasoned professionals, gaining exposure to hardware, software, automation, and data reporting as you contribute to real projects from day one.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, with prior internship experience preferred.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Prior internship experience in IT, Helpdesk, or related area preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL and exposure to BI tools like Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first‑response technical assistance to Welltower employees.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.
• Use Help Desk software to track, manage, and resolve tickets.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of computers, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Support IT staff in process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation strategy by helping build innovative solutions.
• Assist in developing reporting and analysis capabilities for less mature data sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
