Job summary

Welltower is offering an IT Intern role focused on supporting IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, and reporting initiatives while working closely with senior staff.

Successful candidates are pursuing an Information Systems degree, with prior IT/Help Desk exposure preferred and a proactive, independent approach to problem-solving. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Prior internship experience in IT/Helpdesk or related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and independent learning abilities.
• Familiarity with PC hardware and troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.
• Use Help Desk software to track, manage, and resolve tickets.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of computers, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Support IT staff in process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Welltower’s automation strategy by helping build innovative solutions.
• Assist in developing reporting and analysis capabilities for less mature data sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
