Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise apps.
• Resolve network connectivity issues and perform basic LAN troubleshooting.
• Document activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Adhere to client IT policies and security procedures.
