SWK Technologies in New Orleans is seeking an On-Site Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support to clients, installing and upgrading systems, and ensuring operations run smoothly. You will be the face of the company, addressing hardware and software issues on-site and remotely as needed.

The successful candidate will have IT experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT.
• Previous call center experience required.
• Managed Service provider experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
• Provide on-site support as needed
• Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
• Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems
