Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL certification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• 3+ years of administration of student information systems
• Experience with multiple schools and SIS environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the student information support team to meet SLAs and customer needs.
• Coordinate planning, data entry, data retrieval and reporting for SIS.
• Communicate updates and new SIS functionality to stakeholders.
• Manage department resources and support modalities (website, OneNote, etc.).
• Train school administrators, counselors, staff on SIS usage; supervise trainers.
• Liaise with DOE, Board, staff, parents and community for information requests.
