RBM Automotive Group in South Carolina is seeking an IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to provide in-person IT support for their dealership locations. The ideal candidate should have experience with CDK software and be able to commute daily to the Greenville area, as this is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
• Previous experience in IT support / Help Desk role is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to end users and 3rd party vendors.
• Configure and install hardware.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
