Job summary

RBM Automotive Greenville is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide on-site support at dealership locations in South Carolina. The role requires working closely with end users and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.

The candidate should have experience with CDK software and a background in IT support, ideally within the automotive industry. The position is not remote and requires commuting to the Greenville–Anderson–Greer area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an IT support/Help Desk role is preferred.
• Previous experience working with CDK inside the automotive industry is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to end users and vendors.
• Configure and install hardware for dealership systems.
• Perform hardware and software issue analysis and resolution.
