Job summary

Ritz Instrument Transformers USA is seeking a hands-on IT professional to be the primary on-site resource at our Georgia facility. You will provide end‑user support, administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, maintain network and security infrastructure, and ensure ERP system availability for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Experience with Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and switching.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
• Microsoft 365 & Identity Management: Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Infrastructure Administration: Manage Windows Server environments and Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Network Administration: Troubleshoot connectivity and maintain network diagrams.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor cybersecurity and incident response activities.
• Manufacturing Systems Support: Support ERP and related business applications.
• Physical Security & Communications: Support cameras and access control systems.
