QLI is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and applications, delivering relationship-based support prioritizing team members, residents/clients, and family members. You will administer Office 365, PCC, and related systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent IT experience and 2+ years in IT support.
• Proven experience providing helpdesk and user support in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in administering Office 365 and related services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Office 365, Cisco Meraki, and other systems.
• Assist in PCC administration or similar platforms to maintain system integrity and access.
• Document IT processes and train users to empower self-service and continuity.
