Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced IS technician to provide end-user support for voice, data, applications, hardware, and software across local and project sites in Monroe, LA. This role involves liaising with IS teams to plan, deploy, and optimize technology solutions for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana.

Travel or relocation for the duration of the project is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related IS/IT experience or degree-equivalent.
• Ticketing system experience and basic desktop support skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 deployment and Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IS issues across local, regional, and enterprise levels.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, network and VOIP problems.
• Document issues in the ticketing system and provide updates.
• Support data migrations and implement change management activities.
