Job summary

Turner Construction is seeking a motivated IS Services & Support intern to assist with end-user support, hardware/software deployment, and documentation at either the main office or active construction sites. You will gain hands-on experience in information systems within a dynamic construction environment.

Preferred candidates are enrolled in an IT-related degree or a co-op program, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university IT or related degree program, or in a co-op program.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work on construction sites.
• Desire to learn Information Systems within a construction-industry context.
• Commitment to standard business hours and overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist IS Services & Support with end-user support, troubleshooting, asset management, and hardware/software deployment.
• Create and update IS documentation for inventory, sites, and systems.
• Imaging hardware, installing software, and setting up jobsites.
• Track and maintain IS assets including licenses and devices.
• Support training sessions and user guidance for IS systems.
