Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computers and end-user devices.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi).
- Experience with Windows Server environments and ITSM tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced desktop, laptop, and peripheral support in Windows environments.
- Support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Administer AD users, groups, computers, and GPOs.
- Support Windows Server environments, monitoring and patching.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, migrations.
- Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and asset information.
- Manage and troubleshoot industrial printers and RF devices in warehouses.
