Continuing Life LLC. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician for an on-site role in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5:00pm, on-site.

The role involves frontline IT support for employees, handling phone calls, emails, and ticketing across multiple sites. Candidates should have 1–3 years in an IT service desk, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and learn quickly. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience operating in an IT service desk or desktop support capacity.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work with all levels of Community personnel and to convey a professional, courteous, and helpful representative of the IT Department.

Responsibilities

• Fielding and responding to phone calls.
• Monitoring email and ticket queues.
• Submitting trouble tickets for employees located at multiple sites.
