Continuing Life LLC. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician for an on-site role in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5:00pm, on-site.

The role involves frontline IT support for employees, handling phone calls, emails, and ticketing across multiple sites. Candidates should have 1–3 years in an IT service desk, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and learn quickly. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

The IT Service Desk Technician is the front-line IT support for employees in the Rancho Mission Viejo, CA location. Daily responsibilities include fielding and responding to phone calls, monitoring email and ticket queues, and submitting trouble tickets for employees located at multiple sites. Customer Service, excellent communication, multi-tasking, and technical abilities are all core requirements of this role.
