Job summary

TalentoHC has partnered with InnerVision Technologies seeking a Deskside Support Technician to work fully on-site at a major powersports and motorsports manufacturer in Foothill Ranch, CA. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level IT support role serving as the first point of contact for employees, dealers, and warehouse staff experiencing technical issues.

The ideal candidate is someone with practical, hands-on IT support experience who is comfortable working independently, communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Prior Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for end users.
• Strong Windows PC/laptop hardware & software skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for employee and dealer support requests.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues and reset passwords.
• Document tickets in the EasyVista system.
• Provide hardware support for laptops and components.
• Assist with software installations and mobile device issues.
