Job summary

Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA seeks an Information Systems & Security Technician to provide on-site IT support in Burlingame, CA. The role focuses on help desk tasks, PC maintenance, software and hardware installation, and VOIP system troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Windows 11 Professional environment.
Familiarity with Windows Server Active Directory and Security Permissions.

Responsibilities

Responds to support tickets and requests.
Provides training and problem solving for employees related to computers, peripherals, and phone system.
Onboards and trains new employees in computers and phone systems.
Maintains telephone directory and Org Chart.
Performs PC maintenance and upgrades.
Installs and maintains software/hardware under supervision.
Troubleshoots phone system issues.
Programs and troubleshoots electronic devices; printers and copiers.
